Melaka- the Portuguese city

After Kuala Lumpur, I wanted a city like Melaka: small, characteristic, with two-storey houses, and by the European flavor.

It is a city that takes you back to the past, when the Portuguese ruled the seas and land, to the legendary tales of sea battles.

The town has retained its original structure, and it is a pleasure to walk among the few ruins left or between the busy streets of downtown.

And if you really want complete peace, the Dutch cemetery is great place to break away, even for a short time, by the music of the tuk tuk decorated with cartoon theme, and the traffic of the streets that surround the city.
