Chiang Mai is “small”, crowded but easy to visit because the main attractions are into the walls, shaped like a square.
Markets, Wat, where you can chat with a monk, Museums, monuments are into the square and you could easly rent a bike or motorbike if you want to go out of the wall and see the National Park.
I don’t have the drive licence so it was little tricky for me arrived to Doi Suthep national park to see the Nature. Swallowing the toad, I limited myself to the main attraction, the Wat Phrathat.
While I was sketching a boy sweeps away the shoes of tourists (in Thailand you must remove your shoes to enter in a temple) gather them in a specific space.
It was funny see tourists search each shoes 🙂
